Why is it happening Mohammad Omar Fayyaz

For the past few days, Kashmir has been witnessing the war. Everywhere there is an atmosphere of fear and terror. There is only one thing in the language of every person, small and large. The veil is, “Maybe something big and bad is going to happen, which can cause a fire in the peace of Kashmir. People’s anxiety is not the same. Kashmir’s atmosphere is full of panic right now.

Despite the presence of seven lakh soldiers, India deployed 10,000 troops in the first phase and then another thirty-five thousand in the second phase.

Besides, the air force has also been ordered to prepare. War preparations in Kashmir are now complete, only the order is late and the field will be hot.

Considering all this, if there is anxiety among the people then it is sure. That the Indian Government wants to abolish Article 370 and Section 35A of the Indian Government’s special authority in the Indian Parliament on August 6 and 7. The sitting parliamentary sitting is on the sidelines.

If this happens and Article 370 or Section 35A is abolished, then the situation in Kashmir will be very tense. Because in other words it will be the battle for survival of Kashmir. And people are stockpiling essential goods to cope with anticipated conditions.

Similarly, schools and colleges have been closed. Students at the university are also being shifted to their homes. The orders have been given to cancel the pilgrimage and return to the pilgrims. Millions coming from all over the world. Tourists have been ordered to leave Kashmir on an emergency basis. Guyana’s life is paralyzed. All of this is happening when a peace agreement between Afghanistan and the United States has entered its final phase.

According to sources, peace agreements between the United States and the Taliban will have been signed by the end of August. Given the situation, if we look at the history, it would be a good idea to have an Afghan peace agreement between the Taliban and the United States. There is a direct impact on Kashmir too. History has shown that when there was peace in Afghanistan, then the battlefield in Kashmir became hot.

Then it was 1839, when Britain invaded Afghanistan to stop the influence of the Russians in Afghanistan. Kashmir was under the rule of Sikh rulers and Kashmir was dealing with a devastating famine these days. It lent interest to the people to avoid famine and cut the land rate by fifty percent. So the preparation for the 16-year-old anger of the second dictatorship on Kashmir began.

In 1846, the British ended the Sikh era, and Gulab Singh was sold the area in exchange for cash (75 million nanak royal coins) for 75 lakhs and a few gifts. Thus, peace was established in Kabul, including religious persecution in Kashmir. Brought with it the nave of innocence and oppression.

In 1878, the British invaded Afghanistan again. But in Kashmir, the British increased pressure on Maharaja Ranbir Singh that there were complaints of persecution in Kashmir, so an English ambassador was to be deployed at Srender.

On the other hand, the foundations of Biscuit School, Mellon Sun School and Islamia High School were set up in Sreendar and when Pratap Singh was sitting on the throne of Kashmir, not only the English Resident took office but the education in Kashmir was established.

The British invaded Afghanistan once again in 1919, when Kashmiri youth were then educated in Lahore and Aligarh for education.

During the Afghan war, it seemed that the Maharaja was now sensitive to the rights of Muslims. But when the ceasefire broke out in Kabul, the persecution of Kashmiri artisans became rampant and within a few years they started resistance. The Kashmiri nation has not yet forgotten the incidents of drone strikes in the army.

Then when the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in 1979, new chapters were being written in the areas of education, development and public health in Kashmir.

Then when the Soviet Union bowed down to the Taliban, Kashmir became bloodthirsty in its history. In 1989, a formal armed resistance movement began. With the victory of the Taliban, the blood and the blood flowed into Kashmir. On the one hand, when peace was established in Afghanistan on the one hand, Kashmir, on the other hand, was a period of forced disappearances, political killings, mass rape, arrests and torture.

In this period, the situation in Kashmir worsened to a resurrection. Then when the US invaded Afghanistan with its allied forces after the attacks on US Tone Towers in 2001, a decade-long dark night of persecution began in Kashmir. And the relations between India and Pakistan started to melt and peace was possible. This is because the US needed Pakistan to invade Afghanistan, so India’s problem with Pakistan was to have a soft attitude on Kashmir.

India and Pa in the same era The Caravan Peace Bus Service and Compromised Express between Kastan started, while Afghanistan was constantly on fire and rains continued. In 2015, when the era of peace talks between the United States and Afghanistan began, Kashmir was once again on the battlefield. Now that the Afghan peace agreement between the United States and the Taliban has reached its final shape, this is not the same as the tension in Kashmir.

The external effects of the wars are not always the same, but if the history of Afghanistan and Kashmir is reviewed, it becomes clear that the situation in Afghanistan has a direct impact on Kashmir. This is when the US talks with the Taliban in Qatar. To create and to get out of Afghanistan is pushing the heels, so the Kashmir war is once again being polluted.

Rumors have been hot in the political capital of the US capital that the Taliban and the United States are agreeing to withdraw NATO troops from Afghanistan and a draft agreement is currently underway. It is likely that the deal will be finalized by the end of August. The US wants the Taliban to sign the agreement, but it is the Taliban’s objection that Zalmay Khalilzad is not a partner of Mullah Heibatullah, which is why the Taliban got Abdul Ghani’s agreement.

The US wanted the Taliban to hold talks with Afghan President Dr Ashraf Ghani at least once before the agreement. In this connection, the meeting of Mullah Hibbatullah and the Afghan president was proposed in Islamabad and the Kabul administration met. Was so optimistic that his Minister of State for Peace Abdul Salam Rahimi had even announced that the Afghan government would hold direct talks with the Taliban in the next two weeks.

But Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid declined to talk to the Afghan government, saying that unless negotiated a timetable for withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, no such talks could take place. Mullah Hibatullah, on the other hand, expressed his desire to come to Islamabad and talk to the political and military leadership of Pakistan. If they go, they will definitely visit the Islamic Brotherhood.

This makes it clear that the prospects for peace in Afghanistan are bright. According to the Washington Post, the United States has accelerated military withdrawal measures and 5,000 thousand troops will be withdrawn from Afghanistan in the first phase. The rest of the troops will be called back after the agreement is signed. The United States is pulling out 5,000 troops to assure the Taliban that they have a clear intention and want to withdraw from Afghanistan.

However, Maula Abdul Ghani, the head of the Taliban negotiating squad, is on a visit to Indonesia these days, after which he will probably travel to China and then the agreement to reach Qatar will be finalized. The US wanted the Taliban to talk to the Afghan president before the deal. Talking, but the Taliban made it clear that the Taliban would not talk to any of the Kabul doctors unless the timetable for the military withdrawal was released.

In view of this situation, it is clear that the United States is now bedding its sack from Afghanistan. The leadership that India had gained in Afghanistan before the Taliban victory is now over. Now Pakistan has a clear lead in Afghanistan. The billions of rupees invested in Afghanistan have now sunk.

Moreover, now Pakistan is getting rid of the issue of Afghanistan. And the whole focus of Pakistan will now be focused on Kashmir. That is why if the Afghan peace agreement is reached then there are difficult situations for India. That Pakistan will be protected by Afghanistan and all its focus will be on Kashmir. Secondly, the situation in Afghanistan has been affecting Kashmir for centuries.

That is, when peace in Afghanistan, Kashmir became a war. In the nineties when the Taliban took control in Afghanistan, Afghan commanders like Major Mast Gul and Akbar Bhai have gained popularity. India should now be concerned. It has been said that as soon as the United States withdraws troops from Afghanistan, the Taliban will come to Kashmir for a second and the Kashmir atmosphere will once again be war.

This is the only possible attempt by India to either reach the end of the Afghan peace agreement or force Pakistan to withdraw its attention from Afghanistan by dragging on the Kashmir guard. As far as the borders are aimed at tampering and firing. So it is quite true that India is keenly aware that its army has no experience since it will fight two wars, on the contrary, Pakistan’s army specializes in guerrilla warfare.

Therefore, India is now making Kashmir a battleground in order to deal with the advance threat so that its army can be trained and in the future if they have to fight with China or any other country, there will be no problem.

This situation is very confusing. India is out of Afghanistan. And the inclination of the Taliban is towards Pakistan, which is quite clear.

Whatever the reason – whether Kashmir and Ladakh should be made Union Territories and Jammu should be given separate state status or section 370 and section 35A removed. If the situation in Kashmir worsens.
